Healthcare Conference 2026: The Agenda Revealed

Harley Street Health District Conference 2026

We are delighted to share the first look at the agenda for the Harley Street Health District Conference 2026 – our flagship biennial event.

Taking place on Tuesday 20 October at 1 Wimpole Street, the conference will bring together 300 senior leaders across healthcare, health-tech, investment, policy, and the NHS for a full day of keynote sessions, expert panels, lightning talks, and networking.

This year’s programme opens with a keynote from Mark Kildea, Chief Executive of The Howard de Walden Estate, setting out the District’s place in the global health landscape. The morning then moves into a session on health as an engine for economic growth.

Following will be a global panel discussion, chaired by Dominique Allwood, Imperial College Health Partners, exploring what makes world-class health districts. Perspectives will be shared by Homer Quintana from Texas Medical Center and from leaders across the District – including William Presley of HCA’s Harley Street Clinic and Princess Grace Hospital and Peter Harper from Welbeck.

A series of lightning talks will showcase innovation from within the District itself, in a conversation facilitated by Pam Garside, Co-Chair of the Cambridge Health Network. Panel speakers from Fortius Clinic, Priory, and StoreGene will be covering AI in diagnostics, precision prevention, and the rise of consumer-driven care.

A transatlantic conversation with Hannah Koczka from Northwestern Medicine and a leading District provider will explore shared lessons across health systems, before the afternoon shifts to one of the defining questions of our time: the move from treating illness to investing in health. That panel will be chaired by Dame Caroline Clarke, NHS London Regional Director, with speakers including Andrew Elder, Partner at Albion VC, and others at the frontier of prevention from Flagship Pioneering, Signatur Biosciences, and Elcella.

Provider spotlights will feature Dr Emer MacSweeney from Re:Cognition Health, Edward Ungar from Pharmacierge, and others will bring the District’s own innovation to life.

Laura Citron, CEO of London & Partners, will speak on London’s role as the global city for health.

The day closes with a keynote from a special guest speaker (to be announced at a later date) on building growth mindset cultures in healthcare, followed by a drinks reception and networking from 4:45pm.
